The company was founded in 2025 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. We are backed by Founders Co-op, Sunshine Lake VC, Ascend, and Plug & Play Ventures, with $3M in funding to build the IT Finance system of intelligence.

StitcherAI was co-founded by Udam Dewaraja (Founder & CEO), an engineering leader formerly at AWS, Apptio, and Citi, and Chair of the FOCUS specification, and Varun Mittal (Co-founder). The team brings together people who have built cloud billing systems, IT Finance platforms, and enterprise data foundations at scale.
